Many medium sized IATI publishers currently publish their data via spreadsheets. CSV2IATI was created to help those publishers produce IATI XML, but is no longer actively maintained. Open Data Services Co-operative plans to develop a new approach for Spreadsheet to IATI conversion, based on similar work for 360Giving and the Open Contracting Data Standard.
