Marten Schoonman is a professional services manager at Akvo Foundation. He coordinates the provision of training, support and consulting services by Akvo to partners, including PMEL (planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning) and Data Science. Marten has a passion for the effective application of technology and is a technical advisor on ICT implementation processes and IATI open data. He worked previously for War Child Holland as a senior advisor of ICT for development, and as digital communication officer at SNV Netherlands.
